Congratulations to Gina Licht and Angela Printup, both of Niagara Falls, who were drawn this morning and each received two free passes to see “The Dark Knight.”
For those who may have missed it in Night & Day, winners of the BPO tickets for the July 13 show were Joan Fratello of Niagara Falls, Robbie Jones of Youngstown, Susan Rick of North Tonawanda and Violet Stoberl of the City of Tonawanda.

Fox recently released two announcements pertaining to its animated lineup.
First was a cast announcement for ‘The Cleveland Show,” the “Family Guy” spin-off featuring the Griffins’ neighbor Cleveland Brown. Mike Henry, who did his voice for “Family Guy,” will continue in that role.
The show, which will be a winter replacement this coming season, follows the Browns as they move from Quahog, R.I., to Virginia, and they wacky adventures they’ll encounter there.
The second announcement pertains to “King of the Hill,” which is slated to reach the 250-episode milestone this coming season. Once set for cancellation, this show has made a solid comeback in Fox’s Sunday night animation lineup.
“King of the Hill” has never been a regular view for me, but every time I turn it on I’m entertained. The writing has consistently been solid and the storylines are far from stale as this series keeps crawling through its second decade of existence.

Sanaa Lathan, Nia Long and Kevin Michael Richardson join the cast of THE CLEVELAND SHOW, the highly anticipated FAMILY GUY spin-off set to debut in 2009 on FOX.
THE CLEVELAND SHOW is a new animated series that follows everyone’s favorite soft-spoken neighbor CLEVELAND BROWN (voiced by Mike Henry) to his hometown in Virginia, as he settles down with his high school sweetheart, DONNA (voiced by Lathan), her unruly kids and his 14 year-old son, CLEVELAND JR.
As Cleveland settles into his new life with Donna, there are a few surprises in store for him including a rebellious new stepdaughter, ROBERTA (voiced by Long); a 5-year-old stepson who loves the ladies; as well as a collection of neighbors that includes a loudmouth redneck, LESTER (voiced by Richardson), a British family seemingly stuck in the Victorian era and a family of bears.
Sanaa Lathan has starred in numerous films including “Love & Basketball,” “Alien vs. Predator” and “Something New,” and will be featured in the upcoming Tyler Perry film “The Family That Preys Together.” Lathan received a Tony nomination for her role on “Raisin in the Sun” on Broadway, which was adapted for a MOW, that she starred in opposite Sean Combs. Additionally, she will star in “Wonderful World” opposite Matthew Broderick.
Nia Long’s extensive list of film credits includes “Boyz n the Hood,” “Alfie,” “Big Momma’s House” and “Are We There Yet?” She also starred in the television series “Third Watch” and “Big Shots.”
No stranger to animation, Kevin Richardson has voiced hundreds of characters on film, commercial and video games over the past years including FAMILY GUY, AMERICAN DAD and “SpongeBob SquarePants.” Richardson has a starring role in the upcoming drama series “The Cleaner.”
The 250th milestone episode, “Serves Me Right for Giving General George S. Patton the Bathroom Key,”takes place ayear after the death of Hank’s father, Cotton Hill. In the episode, Cotton’s widow, Didi (Ashley Gardner), delivers Hank (Mike Judge) a box full of his father’s prized possessions including one last crazy Cotton request to have his ashes flushed down a toilet located in an old bar and once used by General George S. Patton. When Hank enlists Bill (Stephen Root) and Dale’s (Johnny Hardwick) help in his “flushing Cotton” mission, the guys’ bickering gets them kicked out of the bar. When Hank snaps, his friends come together to help him fulfill his father’s final wish.
